Are there any forms that I need to complete?

An intake packet will be emailed before your first session. Please take a moment to complete the necessary documents and upload an image of your insurance card.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept any forms of insurance, although we are happy to assist by providing invoices for those seeking reimbursement through their out of network benefits.

What are your fees?

The fee for individual therapy is $165 per session, couple treatment $200 per session, and group therapy $60

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. It is the practice policy that clients maintain an active credit card on file.

What is your policy on missed appointments?

We ask for 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel sessions. Less than 48 hour notice will result in the full session charge.

Do you provide medication management?

Dr. Yarbrough can provide medication evaluation and follow-up at the fee of $350 per visit. We also can provide referrals to other psychiatric providers.
